Quick answer: an electric standing desk fixes exactly one thing — desk height. Monitor height, keyboard position, cables that have to travel with the desk, and space for everything else all need add-ons. Bought one at a time, the best order is a monitor arm (฿1,290) → a power-strip holder (฿350) → an under-desk keyboard tray (฿1,500), then a pegboard, laptop holder and organizer panel as your setup demands.
Why an electric desk needs add-ons
At sitting height everything on the desk looks fine. Press the button to standing height and three problems appear at once:
- The monitor is still low — the stand it came with adjusts a few centimetres; standing, you bend your neck. This is the neck pain many people blame on “standing doesn't work for me”.
- Cables go taut — the power strip is on the floor, the desk rises 40 cm, and every PC, monitor and charger cable is pulled with it.
- Space disappears — keyboard, mouse, laptop and headphones fight over one surface.
Each add-on below solves one of these, and all of them attach to the desk itself, so they ride up and down with it — nothing to rearrange every time you change position.

Six add-ons, ranked by value
1. A monitor arm — buy this first (฿1,290)
It fixes the biggest problem: a low screen when standing. A gas-spring arm like the ZEN-0 (฿1,290, 17–32" screens up to 9 kg) lifts the monitor so its top edge sits at eye level whether you sit or stand — one hand, nothing to unscrew — and clamps straight onto the INTEGRA's edge. Two screens: the ZEN-0 Twin (฿2,200). Positioning guide: Correct monitor height and distance.

2. A power-strip holder — the cheapest fix for the most annoying problem (฿350)
The power-strip holder grips a strip 40–70 mm wide (up to 1 kg) on a 30–48 mm round pole, so the strip leaves the floor and travels with the desk. One cable runs down; the tangle is gone, for less than a week of coffee.
3. An under-desk keyboard tray — reclaim the desktop (฿1,500)
The UDAC tray clamps to desks 15–68 mm thick with no drilling. The 635 x 270 mm tray holds 5 kg, tilts +5° to −20°, swivels ±180° and has a small built-in drawer. The keyboard sits slightly below the desktop, so your shoulders drop, and the surface is free for writing or a laptop. The ergonomics behind it: desk ergonomics for 10-hour screen days.

4. A clamp-on pegboard — move desk clutter onto a wall that moves with you (฿550)
The pegboard (410 x 471 mm) clamps to the desk edge, holds 10 kg and takes hooks and shelves on a 32 mm grid. Headphones, controllers, charging cables and pens move to a vertical surface behind the desk — and because it is clamped to the desk, it rises with it, unlike a wall pegboard that is at the wrong height the moment you stand.
5. A laptop holder on the arm — for laptop-first setups (฿480)
The Laptop Holder V.3 mounts to a monitor arm via VESA 75/100 (arm sold separately) and holds 12–17" laptops, floating the laptop at eye level as a second screen. Ideal if you work from a laptop plus an external monitor and want both to travel with the desk.
6. An organizer panel with monitor mount — two things in one (฿3,450)
If you want a large pegboard and a monitor mount in one piece, the Organizer Panel 01 — 120 cm (฿3,450) or 140 cm (฿3,800) — stands behind the desk as a 10 kg storage wall with a built-in mount for a 17–32" monitor up to 9 kg. Best for desks against a wall where you want a tidy backdrop.

| ฿4,170 | + pegboard + laptop holder | + small items off the desk, laptop as second screen |
Frequently asked questions
Can I clamp a monitor arm to the INTEGRA top?
Yes — INTEGRA is designed to support clamp-on monitor arms. Clamp near a leg for the most stability while the desk moves.
Will the add-ons exceed the 70 kg limit?
Not close. Arm, monitor, keyboard tray and a loaded pegboard usually total under 25 kg, leaving plenty for a desktop PC.
Buy everything at once or one piece at a time?
One at a time, in the order above. Each solves a different problem, and a week with the desk will tell you which bothers you most.
Do these work on a desk converter?
The arm and power-strip holder do. The keyboard tray and pegboard need a desk edge to clamp to, which most converters don't have.
How long should I stand?
Alternating sitting and standing every 30–60 minutes beats one long standing block. Details in How long should you stand at work?
The bottom line
The electric desk is only the base; what makes it genuinely usable is what's attached to it — start with a monitor arm, add the power-strip holder and keyboard tray, then fill in the rest as you go.
